PWD Link EARNS COMMISSION from the suppliers everytime there is a purchase

 

Members can be individual or institutional/company

 

BUYERS:

 

1. Buyers buy products and services thru PWD link and RECEIVES A REBATE 

2. Buyer can withdraw rebate or invest it in the operation of PWD Link

3. Buyer has to register as a member before rebates can be earned. No registration fee

4. If PWD Link incur losses in a particular month, the buyers fund will be unaffected but will not receive income.

 

Sample computation of earnings for the Buyer

 

Total investment of buyer #1 for the month of April = 1000

Total earnings and income of PWD Link for the month of April = 20,000

Total capitalization of PWD Link including buyers investments- 100,000

 

1,000/ 100,000= .01 or 1%

20,000 x 1% = 200.00

Total savings/investments of buyer#1= 1000+200= P 1,200

 

5. PWD has the option to accept and delist members

6. If a member is delisted, all the balance of savings and earnings will be provided to him or her

6. Buyer Member should report thru email orchases done to other member enterprises of Step Up Coalition

 

Membership to Step Up Coalition

This is a coalition of small enterprises and social entrepreneurs. Here we will promote Honesty, Good Housekeeping, Integrity , PATRONIZE our OWN and UNITY among small entrepreneurs. We will also promote the idea of social entrepreneurship to encourage enterprises to DO SOCIAL GOOD.

 

Benefits of becoming a Member Entrepreneurs of Step Up Coalition

1. PWD Link will market the products and services of the members ( include them in newsletters , flyers and social media campaigns)

2. Participate in the monthly meetings, trainings and orientation organized by PWD Link relevant in running a business ( SEC reg, BIR filing, DTI , Auditing etc.) to ensure "good house keeping"

3. ENCOURAGE the members of the Coalition to PATRONIZE the products and services of one another ( becomes a criteria for good standing and maintaining membership). This can be a NETWORKING Opportunities for the member entrepreneurs

4. Provide opportunities for the staff and workers of the small enterprises to receive AWARDS for their work ( ex. monthly raffle of prizes , special awards for good work and good attendance)

5. Create BAYANIHAN Program for all staff and workers of small enterprises ( ex. all staff can donate 20 pesos every pay day for the bayanihan fund which can be used as loan fund for hospitalization and other difficult situations experienced by the staff and workers of small enterprises members of this coalition)

6. Avail assistance in regular filing /registration to different government agencies including bookkeeping in a very low price package from other members of the coalition

 

How to Become Member of STEP UP Coalition

 

1. Small Entrepreneur/Social Enterprise that has a product or services that are produced locally ( Not Imported, Not Branded) or social entrepreneurs that are helping the marginalized /poor.

2. Must formally apply online to PWD Link for membership ( send email request)

3. Must pay 300 pesos membership fee ( income from this are added in the activities to be conducted by the coalition every month)

4. PWD Link reserves the right to accept or not to accept an application for membership of a particular entrepreneurs

 

Obligations of the Members of the Step Up Coalition

1. A member of coalition should pay membership fee

2. Pay 10% marketing fee/discount must be paid the Step Up Coalition Fund every time a co-member entrepreneur buys its products and services

3. Pay 10% marketing fee/discount to PWD Link every time a Member Individual Buyer of PWD Link purchased its goods and services

4. Attend monthly meetings and activities conducted by the coalition

5. Actively promote the products of the members of the coalition
